Shipping
Shipping is sent via USPS within the United States and EMS for international shipping. A small handling fee is added to the shipping to cover handling and packing costs. Shipping costs are based on direct price quotes from the USPS and are based on the weight of the item as shipped.
Orders shipped internationally or to an address other than the billing address is subject to further verification.
All sales are final. Given the limited and exclusive nature of the items we sell, we do not accept returns and do not isssue refunds. If you receive damaged merchandise please contact us promptly to allow us to attempt to quickly remedy the situation.
Pre-ordersPre-orders are advance purchases made on merchandise scheduled to ship at a future date. As you place your order, these items are reserved for you and taken from our available stock. We then ship them when they arrive in our store. A purchase is considered a preorder if it is purchased anytime before it is in stock.
We are not responsible for preorders that arrive late due to them being shipped late from the manufacturer. We will do our best to update the site with estimated delivery times as we receive notice from our manufacturers. Any cancellations of Pre-orders will be not be granted unless the item does not arrive within 30 days of its estimated date of arrival. In that case, a refund will be given in store credit only.
